Reports & Documentation
Why does equipment service history matter?
Without service history, each visit can become an isolated event. Equipment-level records make it easier to see what has already been inspected or repaired, whether a fault is recurring, what parts have been identified, which actions remain outstanding and how maintenance decisions have developed over time. That visibility becomes more important as the equipment base grows.
Discuss Managed Asset Care →General guidance cannot confirm the condition of a specific machine. Where equipment is behaving abnormally, the technical decision should be based on the actual machine, symptoms and inspection evidence.
