Reports & Documentation
What should a useful service report contain?
The exact report format can vary, but useful service documentation should identify the equipment or service scope, record relevant findings, distinguish work completed from work still outstanding, note parts or further corrective action where required and leave a clear next-action trail. The purpose is technical visibility, not paperwork for its own sake.
