Service Process
What information should I provide when requesting equipment service?
The most useful starting point is the actual equipment condition. Include the facility name, contact details, equipment type, brand or model where known, serial number if available, a clear description of the symptoms, how urgent the problem is and whether there is any safety concern. Photographs can help give context before a technician attends, but they do not replace physical diagnosis where inspection is required.
Request Service →General guidance cannot confirm the condition of a specific machine. Where equipment is behaving abnormally, the technical decision should be based on the actual machine, symptoms and inspection evidence.
