Preventive Maintenance
What is the difference between preventive maintenance and repair?
Preventive maintenance focuses on condition inspection, cleaning, adjustment, lubrication where applicable, wear visibility and early identification of developing faults. Corrective repair begins when a specific fault, failed component or abnormal operating condition needs technical correction. A preventive visit can therefore identify repair work that should be quoted, approved or scheduled separately.
